Senior Recruiter Terry Almond lends some insight into our U.S. operations.
In our previous video series, we highlighted Sparrow Company’s uniquely integrated Mexican operations. We’re now shifting our focus to the U.S. side of our operations, and today I’m joined by Terry Almond, one of our lead recruiters, to help kick off that conversation. Terry was a client of mine for close to 18 years; when he decided to leave his previous role and try his hand at recruiting, I knew he’d be a natural. Since joining Sparrow Company, he’s been an invaluable asset. Many presume recruiting to be synonymous with human resources, and while recruiting is certainly one component of an HR generalist’s job, it’s in an entire craft unto itself—in that regard, Terry is a highly skilled craftsman that delivers day in and day out.
