There is a growing belief that AI will replace recruiters. In reality, AI recruiting in Mexico manufacturing looks very different. Technology can sort and filter candidates at scale, but it cannot replicate empathy, trust, or cultural understanding. These are the factors that determine whether someone truly fits within a company and stays for the long term.

In Mexico’s manufacturing sector, relationships and reliability matter. AI tools can help identify talent, but only a person can recognize potential, interpret motivation, and build the trust that keeps teams performing. The most effective approach blends technology and human insight. It is not a question of machine or human. It’s both, working together.

Sparrow helps companies solve hiring challenges by connecting high-performing talent with the right opportunities across the United States and Mexico. As a binational executive search and staffing company, we have seen that technology supports the process while people drive the outcome. Recruitment is the most successful when people stay at the center of the process.

Tools Don’t Build Trust: Where AI Adds Value (and Stops)

AI is steadily finding its place in HR across Mexico. According to the OCC Report 2025, 12 percent of companies have already incorporated AI into HR processes, and another 24 percent are preparing to integrate it by the end of 2025. Many organizations are turning to AI to support candidate screening and improve visibility during the early stages of recruitment, where volume and speed matter most.

This is where AI delivers real value. It can review resumes, highlight candidates with specific skills, and organize data in a fraction of the time it would take manually. For HR and hiring directors managing multiple facilities and job openings, these efficiencies free up valuable time for more strategic priorities. That time is best spent where people add the most value: building relationships and understanding what drives long-term success. Recruiters can evaluate whether expectations align with regional norms and identify the qualities that help new hires thrive.

That balance between people and technology is what makes recruiting work. Sparrow’s team of recruiting professionals have the perfect blend of experience, industry expertise, and bi-national network to solve an array of workforce challenges for organizations in both the United States and Mexico. Their work shows that technology delivers the best results when it supports people, not when it replaces them.

AI strengthens that partnership by helping recruiters focus on what matters most: connecting with people, assessing cultural fit, and building teams that last.

Culture Speaks a Language AI Doesn’t Understand

Recruiting in Mexico is not only about matching skills to job descriptions. It is about understanding how culture, communication, and workplace values shape performance. AI can identify candidates who meet technical requirements, but it cannot recognize what respect, trust, or loyalty mean within a business.

Manufacturing companies often operate across multiple cities or border regions, each with its own culture, communication style, and workplace expectations. A recruiter who understands those differences can guide employers toward stronger, longer-lasting hires. Technology cannot interpret tone or recognize the subtle signals that reveal whether a candidate will be successful.

This human insight helps align expectations on both sides of the hiring process and keeps communication clear from the start. Recruiters who work on both sides of the U.S. and Mexico border know how to balance compliance with connection and ensure that both employer and employee understand expectations clearly. That clarity builds trust, reduces turnover, and helps teams work together effectively from day one.

AI supports that process by handling the technical tasks that free recruiters to focus on people. Data can inform a decision, but understanding comes from empathy and experience. In recruiting, cultural understanding carries more weight than algorithms ever will.

Hiring Works Best When People Lead the Process

Hiring across regions brings both opportunity and complexity. Companies expanding production in Mexico need partners who understand labor markets, compliance, and communication across regions. The expectations that shape a successful hire can vary across Mexico’s manufacturing landscape, reflecting local market conditions and organizational values.

That is where human recruiters make the difference. They help employers navigate wage structures, local labor laws, and workplace expectations that automation tools cannot interpret. More importantly, they connect what organizations need with what employees value, creating partnerships that last.

When people lead the process, hiring becomes more than filling roles. It becomes about building alignment, creating trust, and setting teams up for long-term success. Automation tools can assist with documentation and tracking, but people ensure the approach reflects real needs and real connections.

Sparrow specializes in binational executive search and staffing, connecting U.S. employers with skilled talent throughout Mexico. Our recruiting professionals understand how to balance local knowledge with global standards, helping companies build teams that perform and grow.

The Strongest Hiring Strategies Blend Tech and Trust

AI has transformed how businesses recruit, but people still define the process. The most effective hiring strategies use AI to create efficiency while keeping relationships at the center. In manufacturing, where production goals and workforce stability go hand in hand, that balance is what keeps operations strong.

AI can organize data, predict trends, and help recruiters work faster. What it cannot do is replace human understanding. The ability to see potential, build trust, and adapt to changing needs remains uniquely human. Companies that combine automation with authentic partnerships gain a lasting advantage.

The future of hiring will not be decided by technology alone. It will be shaped by how people use it. Recruiting professionals who understand both data and human behavior will continue to guide companies toward stronger teams and lasting retention.

The best results happen when people lead the way. The future of hiring is human led, and technology works best when it supports what people do best: connect, collaborate, and build relationships that last. Let’s talk about how Sparrow Search can help you build stronger teams in Mexico.

Trade rules are changing, and the impact is immediate for manufacturers. New tariff proposals and USMCA requirements are more than policy debates. They are shaping how companies plan, hire, and control costs in Mexico. For plant managers and operations executives, these shifts show up in day-to-day decisions, and they play out in three big ways: hiring priorities, salary expectations, and operational strategies.

At Sparrow, we work with manufacturing companies every day to adapt to these changes. Policy changes may feel distant, but their impact shows up quickly on the plant floor in team structures, skill needs, and labor costs. That’s why staffing decisions are now just as critical as production ones.

Tariffs and Workforce Compliance

Mexico’s Economy Ministry recently introduced a proposal to impose new import tariffs on automotive and manufacturing goods as part of the country’s draft 2026 budget. The measure aims to address trade imbalances and is projected to generate around US $3.7 billion (about 70 billion pesos) in revenue for their government.

The tariffs would apply to products imported from countries that do not have trade agreements with Mexico. Officials have emphasized that the changes are intended to align with Mexico’s international treaty obligations, including commitments under USMCA.

At the same time, manufacturers must still navigate the rules already in place under USMCA. The agreement removes most tariffs across North America, but only if products qualify. To claim duty-free treatment, companies must show that most of the components come from within North America. In the auto industry, there is an added rule: a share of the vehicle’s value must come from workers earning higher wages. That is where documentation becomes critical. Companies must maintain accurate records to verify compliance, and even small gaps can result in unexpected duties or delays.

For manufacturers with operations in Mexico, this adds two layers of pressure. They must prepare for potential new tariffs while also maintaining the staffing and expertise needed to maintain conformity with USMCA rules, keeping their existing USMCA benefits in place. That is why compliance and documentation have moved to the forefront. Even small gaps in paperwork can leave a company exposed to new costs.

To manage the load, some operations may bring on permanent compliance specialists, while others will need to rely on contract staff to handle documentation surges. For example, a plant importing components from countries without trade agreements may want to add compliance staff in advance of shipments to reduce the risk of unexpected costs. That’s why staffing for compliance is no longer a side issue. Today, it is central to protecting operations against trade risk.

Rising Costs and Workforce Strategy

Building the right team is no longer just about production lines. It’s about protecting the business against tariff risk now and in the future. Tariff proposals and rising labor costs can change quickly, so workforce strategies need to leave room for what comes next.

One driver of these rising costs is wage policy. Mexico’s government raised the minimum wage by 12% in early 2025, and the increase is already pushing salary expectations higher across industries. Even positions that pay well above the minimum are being adjusted upward as employers compete for talent.

It’s not just Mexico’s new proposal driving change. USMCA rules are already shaping how manufacturers plan their teams and manage costs. Tariffs have become part of workforce planning, influencing decisions from compliance staffing to payroll. At Sparrow, we help companies turn these challenges into clear staffing strategies.

Flexibility and Next Steps for Operations Leaders

Mexico’s current proposal shows how quickly trade rules can impact operations and planning. The tariffs are still under review, but manufacturers are already preparing for their potential impact. The companies that plan ahead now are the ones that will stay competitive later.

Rigid staffing models make it hard to keep up with this kind of volatility, which is why leaders need options to scale teams up or down without slowing production. Flexibility is becoming part of the operating strategy, allowing companies to keep plants running through shifting trade rules while also managing rising labor costs without overextending permanent payroll.

Temporary staffing gives manufacturers room to cover immediate needs, while direct hires in critical roles provide long-term stability. Together, this mix creates a workforce that can adapt to uncertainty and gives leaders the ability to prepare, not just react, when conditions change. For plant managers and operations executives, that preparation starts with steps like these:

Monitor tariff developments closely and assess how potential changes may affect sourcing and costs.

Review workforce plans to make sure you have the right mix of permanent and flexible staffing to cover compliance and operations.

Evaluate compliance processes to cut the risk of cost exposure from errors or delays.

Plan for flexibility so your team can adjust quickly when tariffs are enacted.

With the right staffing blend, leaders are not just reacting to policy shifts. They are staying ahead of them and turning disruption into an opportunity to strengthen operations.

Workforce Strategies That Keep Pace with Policy Shifts

Mexico’s proposal to impose new tariffs on auto and manufacturing imports is the latest reminder that trade policy directly shapes how manufacturers operate. For manufacturers with operations in Mexico, this means workforce strategies need to adapt just as quickly as supply chains, wage policies, and tariff rules. Companies that staff for compliance and flexibility can keep operations steady even when trade rules shift.

Sparrow specializes in helping businesses navigate these changes. If your company is evaluating how USMCA tariffs are impacting Mexico manufacturing hiring, now is the time to strengthen your workforce strategy and stay ahead of disruption. Contact Sparrow Search today and let’s build a workforce strategy that keeps your operations moving forward

Monterrey, Mexico offers manufacturing and operations teams exactly what they need: skilled workers who share time zone, proximity to US markets, and meaningful cost savings. If you’re an executive looking to build a team that performs and sticks around, this industrial powerhouse of Northeastern Mexico delivers strategic advantages that offshore alternatives simply can’t match.

After 30 years filling roles from plant managers to production supervisors across Mexico, we know what it takes to hire right the first time in Monterrey. The companies that succeed here capture real benefits while avoiding common pitfalls through smart planning and dedicated partnerships. We’ll cover Monterrey’s real advantages, what you need to plan for, and how the right recruiting partner makes all the difference. You’ll see why operations executives choose Monterrey as their talent pool and what it takes to make it work.

Mexico’s Strategic Advantages

Labor costs in Mexico deliver substantial savings compared to United States operations. Manufacturing wages in Monterrey range from $4.18 per hour for direct laborers to $8.16 per hour for skilled positions like CNC machinists, compared to US manufacturing wages exceeding $20-27 per hour. That’s meaningful savings that go straight to your bottom line.

Unlike offshore alternatives, Mexico offers time zone alignment that keeps communications about your operations running smoothly. No more managing teams across 12-hour time differences or waiting until tomorrow for answers you need today.

Monterrey’s major industrial parks provide world-class facilities with modern infrastructure. The city’s position as Mexico’s industrial hub means access to established supply chains, a competitive talent pool, and proximity to major North American markets. Cultural alignment with US business practices also means faster integration and fewer communication barriers.

The 2025 minimum daily wage increased 12% to 278.80 pesos (approximately $14 USD) per day, reflecting the region’s economic strength and growing talent market. This competitive environment means quality workers are available for companies that know how to attract and retain them.

The Competitive Edge

Cost savings are just the beginning, and proximity amplifies these advantages significantly. When you’re running just-in-time production, location makes all the difference. Your Texas facility needs components? Monterrey delivers in days, not weeks. When demand spikes or your production schedule shifts, that responsiveness can make or break your quarterly numbers.

Plus, you’re not starting from scratch. Monterrey’s manufacturing ecosystem gives you immediate access to suppliers, logistics networks, and technical support that automotive, aerospace, and industrial companies have been using for decades.

Mexico keeps investing in highways and additional infrastructure to stay competitive in 2025. When you’re under pressure from leadership to deliver results fast, this operational maturity means you’re not learning expensive lessons while trying to hit your targets.

What You Need to Know Upfront

You’ll need to budget for comprehensive benefits beyond wages. Mexican labor law requires mandatory contributions adding 25-35% to base salaries. These include social security contributions, housing fund payments, profit sharing of 10% of annual profits, and Christmas bonuses equal to 15-30 days of salary. While substantial, they’re still significantly lower than US equivalents when you structure them properly.

The bigger consideration is retention. Some industrial zones see turnover rates around 120%, but here’s the thing, companies with strong retention strategies significantly outperform these averages. The key is investing in the right benefits and management practices upfront rather than constantly recruiting replacements. It’s also important to understand Mexico’s labor laws, which require proper documentation for any terminations. Without it, you’re looking at severance costs of three months’ wages plus 20 days per year worked.

The Real Numbers

To put this in perspective: Take a manufacturing supervisor with an $18,000 base salary. With mandatory benefits (35% of compensation), competitive benefits ($3,600), recruitment ($4,000), and training ($2,500), your total first-year investment is $34,400. Compare that to equivalent US positions exceeding $60,000-80,000 annually. You’re capturing significant savings while accessing skilled talent in a strategic location. Industrial space runs $0.50-$0.55 per square foot, which reflects the demand for prime locations but still represents significant savings over US markets.

These factors are all manageable with proper guidance, which is where experience matters and having the right partner who understands the market makes all the difference.

Your Solution: Sparrow’s Expertise Makes the Difference

You don’t need to figure out Mexico’s labor market alone. We ensure you capture the savings while avoiding the headaches by navigating compliance and benefits structures so you don’t learn expensive lessons the hard way.

For companies operating in Mexico or looking to expand their presence, understanding the country’s evolving employment landscape isn’t just helpful—it’s essential.

At Sparrow Company, we’ve watched this shift unfold over three decades. We’ve helped clients navigate recruiting challenges across North America, from finding bilingual plant managers to sourcing technical talent for manufacturing operations. The trends we’re seeing now represent the biggest opportunity—and challenge—in North American manufacturing since NAFTA.

Monterrey: Mexico’s Manufacturing Powerhouse

Monterrey isn’t just another industrial city—it’s becoming a manufacturing hub that rivals any in North America. The region has transformed into an industrial powerhouse with more than 145 industrial parks, a skilled workforce, and modern infrastructure that attracts global companies.

What’s driving the growth:

Aerospace and automotive dominance: The region has built a reputation for industrial excellence across automotive, aerospace, and electronics sectors

Young, skilled talent pool: Local universities and technical schools are turning out engineers and skilled trades workers, creating a workforce of highly skilled, bilingual workers who are still in their early careers

Geographic advantage: Monterrey serves as a central industrial hub connecting southern and eastern U.S. markets, with robust highway, rail, and airport infrastructure

Employment engine: Nuevo León retained its position as Mexico’s job creation leader, generating 17.2% of the country’s new formal employment — roughly 33,000 positions in early 2025

The talent reality: The competition for skilled workers is intense. United States companies lead the charge in Monterrey expansion, taking up 31% of leased industrial space, which puts enormous pressure on the talent market for plant managers, quality engineers, and skilled technicians.

The Maquiladora Evolution

Maquiladoras have evolved far beyond basic assembly work. Today’s operations are sophisticated manufacturing facilities producing everything from medical devices to automotive components with precision and quality that matches global standards.

Key employment trends we’re tracking:

Skilled trades shortage: Welders, machinists, and maintenance technicians are harder to find than engineers

Leadership development: Operations need experienced managers who can bridge cultural and operational gaps with international partners

Technology integration: As facilities modernize, demand for automation specialists and process engineers is surging

Retention challenges: Employee turnover remains high, making cultural fit and compensation strategy critical

Companies winning in this environment understand that success comes from adapting to local conditions without compromising operational standards. Mexico’s investment in education and vocational training has produced a workforce ready for complex manufacturing challenges, especially in key regions like Monterrey and the Bajío.

USMCA and Tariff Impacts: The New Reality

The USMCA has created both opportunities and complications for North American manufacturing. Combined with recent tariff developments, it’s reshaping where companies locate operations and how they staff them.

What’s changed:

Regional manufacturing requirements: USMCA mandates more North American content, creating jobs across all three countries

Production shifts: Companies are accelerating nearshoring efforts, moving operations from China to Mexico to reduce supply chain risks

Rising compensation: USMCA labor provisions are driving wages steadily higher as demand for skilled manufacturing roles increases

Regulatory complexity: New challenges, including Trump’s 25% tariff policy on key Mexican imports, demand sophisticated HR and legal expertise

The hiring implications: Companies need leaders who understand both domestic operations and international business requirements. They need plant managers who can navigate cultural differences with global partners. They need HR professionals who understand evolving labor regulations and international compliance.

Industry-Specific Insights

Automotive Manufacturing: Mexico has established itself as the world’s seventh-largest auto producer as of 2023, with one million workers manufacturing 3.5 million vehicles annually. Major investments continue despite recent tariff pressures forcing strategic reassessments.

Manufacturing Diversity: Diverse manufacturing leads industrial demand in Monterrey, capturing 67% of market activity, with logistics and transportation following as key sectors.

Workforce Challenges: While U.S. manufacturers struggle—over 70% report difficulty attracting and retaining workers—Mexico continues expanding its manufacturing education infrastructure.

What This Means for Hiring in Mexico

If your company is operating in Mexico’s competitive manufacturing environment—or looking to expand—your talent strategy needs to evolve. Success requires:

Bilingual capabilities: Professionals who can communicate effectively with international partners and navigate global business requirements

Cultural fluency: Understanding international business practices, evolving labor laws, and diverse workplace expectations

Technical expertise: Engineers and managers who can maintain quality standards while adapting to local and global demands

Long-term commitment: Operations require leaders who view this as a career opportunity with growth potential

The Recruitment Challenge

Finding the right talent for Mexico operations isn’t straightforward. The best candidates often aren’t actively looking—they’re employed, performing well, and need to be convinced that your opportunity is worth the move.

This is where experience matters. We’ve learned that successful Mexico recruiting requires:

Deep networks in multiple countries

Understanding of compensation expectations and cultural motivations

Ability to sell the long-term career opportunity, not just the immediate role

Patience to find the right fit, not just the first available candidate

Looking Ahead

Mexico’s manufacturing growth will continue, powered by nearshoring momentum and infrastructure investment. The talent war will only intensify. Companies that develop strong recruiting strategies now—and work with partners who understand multiple markets—will have a clear competitive edge.

The opportunities are real. The challenges are manageable. But success requires the right approach and the right partners.

If you’re hiring for manufacturing roles in Mexico, let’s talk about how we can help you find the right people for the right roles. Contact Sparrow Search today.

Contact Us

Sparrow company isn’t just resumes; here’s what else we do for our clients.

Over the past few months, I’ve been working on delivering content for our resume site, Resume Sparrow, in order to help you perfect your resume. Today I’m going to talk about some other things that Sparrow Company does, including executive search and staffing.

When I first started my career 25 years ago, I was on temporary desks, which gave me the ability to work many different jobs. Closer to the year 2000, I started filling jobs for the cement industry and industrial metal industry.

We’ve grown in the scope of services we offer.

Sparrow Company was started in 2009 at the height of the recession, and I was primarily working with direct placement opportunities. In 2013, Sparrow Company became incorporated in Mexico, where we also recruit for tier 1, 2, and 3 manufacturing companies focused on general manufacturing and the automotive industry.

Yes, we’ve grown a lot, and we’ve grown in the scope of services we offer. Right now, there are three main services:

1. Executive search. We just got done placing a CFO with a publicly traded company.

2. Temporary work. We have temp workers operating in California, Georgia, Alabama, Nevada, and soon in Texas.

3. Recruiting projects. If a company needs to ramp up the hiring of hourly personnel, for example, we can help with that through our teams in Mexico and the U.S.

In future weeks, we’ll dive deeper into each three of these services.

So if you’re in need of staffing in Mexico or the U.S., looking for an executive for your company, or a candidate looking for your next opportunity, please contact us today. We look forward to hearing from you.

Let’s discuss how you can improve your next job-search experience.

Here are three tips to help you improve your next job search when working with a recruiting firm:

Communication. When we receive a resume from someone who is a potential match for the position, we need to be in communication for every step of the hiring process. That includes responding in a timely manner. It’s confusing when a candidate seems excited about the opportunity, but then takes a day or more to respond.

Sincerity. Are you sincere about this job opportunity? Sincerity goes a long way and is important at every step of the process, especially the interview. Testing the waters is fine, but once you begin the process of applying for a position, be sincere.

Patience. Many of our clients are multinational companies that require multiple interviews to get through the entire process. That takes time, so be patient. Also, October is a great time to sharpen your job-search skills; we usually see a spike in hiring between October and Thanksgiving. That said, January and February are the peak times to search for a new job, so if you’re hoping to land the position by/before then, you should start your search right now.

If you have any questions about today’s topic, don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I’d love to help you in your next job search however I can.

These are the three main ways we serve our customers via recruitment.

We at Sparrow Company assist our customers primarily in three areas when it comes to helping them recruit talent:

Direct placement. We add value to your company by actively searching for the right individual to fill a certain role, who will go directly onto your payroll. This can include frontline supervisors and even vice presidents.

Temporary contract. Essentially, if your company needs, say, a two-month opportunity or you’d like to try someone else before they come onto your payroll, we can assist you. We also have long-term contracting services for companies that have been on our payroll for six months to a year and have different project-based needs.

Recruitment process outsourcing. If you need to hire a lot of people in a short amount of time, we’re here to assist you. Remember that Sparrow Company is a bi-national company; we offer recruitment services in both the U.S. and Mexico, so if you have needs in either country, give us a call. We promise to impress you.

If you have any questions about our services, don’t hesitate to give us a call or visit our website, www.SparrowSearch.com. If you need a resume, go to www.ResumeSparrow.com.

Marien resides in Monterrey, Mexico, and has been working with Sparrow Company for a year and a half. She supports clients in both the U.S. and Mexico, mostly in direct placement recruiting. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering, and this degree has helped tremendously in parlaying her talents to the recruiting world. For her, it’s made everything easier, especially in terms of the methodologies used in recruiting.

Prior to working at Sparrow Company, she was a national project manager in Mexico where she managed a team of 15 professionals in different parts of the country. She was also in charge of recruiting and managing the intern programs, payroll, and administration. In total, she recruited 500 interns for different multinational companies.

“We put all our effort into understanding our clients’ needs, culture, and personality so they find the right candidate.”

Her favorite parts of recruiting are helping organizations add value with top talent, being an extended part of their team, and providing professionals with a better opportunity in their careers. Her favorite part of working with Sparrow Company is how we put all our effort into understanding our clients’ needs, culture, and personality so they find the right candidate. She also enjoys the process of working with them as a team and making them feel satisfied with our service.

She enjoys working for a binational company because it allows her to build relationships on each side. We have a lot of fun working together as a team and learning about different cultures along the way. Most people don’t realize that we offer a whole line of temporary services for both countries besides direct placement recruiting, but Marien still prefers that to temporary recruiting.

We want to thank Marien for joining us today. She’s contributed so much to our team since she’s been here and we appreciate everything she does for us, our clients, and their candidates. If you have any questions or resume needs, please feel free to call or email me. I hope you have a great work week and a happy holiday season!

Senior Recruiter Terry Almond lends some insight into our U.S. operations.

In our previous video series, we highlighted Sparrow Company’s uniquely integrated Mexican operations. We’re now shifting our focus to the U.S. side of our operations, and today I’m joined by Terry Almond, one of our lead recruiters, to help kick off that conversation. Terry was a client of mine for close to 18 years; when he decided to leave his previous role and try his hand at recruiting, I knew he’d be a natural. Since joining Sparrow Company, he’s been an invaluable asset. Many presume recruiting to be synonymous with human resources, and while recruiting is certainly one component of an HR generalist’s job, it’s in an entire craft unto itself—in that regard, Terry is a highly skilled craftsman that delivers day in and day out.

Cited below for your convenience are timestamps that will direct you to various points in the video. Feel free to watch it in its entirety or use these timestamps to browse specific points at your leisure:

1:00 — Terry Almond’s background and what he proudly contributes to Sparrow Company

2:38 — How Terry leverages his skills to enhance client relationships

3:35 — Terry’s favorite aspect of the contingent search side of recruiting

4:32 — Clients in the heavy industrials have a credible, knowledgeable resource in Terry

5:15 — How we keep the ball rolling coast to coast

6:12 — Wrapping up today’s topic

As you can see, qualified, committed professionals like Terry Almond are the basis of the quality service we deliver to our clientele here in the U.S. We’re excited for another year of growth and opportunity (we just hired someone in El Paso, so we’ve added the Mountain Standard Time zone to our operations).

If you have questions on anything Terry and I discussed or want to learn more about what Sparrow Company has to offer, please feel free to reach out anytime by phone or email. We’d love to hear from you.

Meet Levi Herrera, our new staffing manager in El Paso.

We’ve just opened our new El Paso location, so today I wanted to introduce our staffing manager, Levi Herrera.

We’ve had a lot of direct-placement focus within Sparrow, and over the last year, we’ve been adding temporary services. Levi comes from the nationally recognized staffing company Robert Half, where his focus was on both temporary and direct placement services. He brings over nine years of experience in the staffing industry and has contributed quite a lot in such a short amount of time. He’s already actively working with new customers in El Paso and Las Cruces.

We’re looking to make a mark in El Paso and then eventually expand toward Arizona. Levi was born and raised in the El Paso area, so he knows it well. One of the things that makes El Paso unique is the fact that Juarez is right across the border; if you add those folks to the nearly 800,000 people in El Paso, our reach is even larger.

If you own a company that’s looking to expand in El Paso or Mexico, reach out to us. We’d love to work with you.
